Health Reimbursement Arrangements
Health Reimbursement Arrangements, or HRAs, are employer sponsored plans. They are employer funded. The employee does not have the ability to choose whether or not they want to participate in an HRA. An employer has complete flexibility in the design and purpose of the HRA.

You can create the following types of HRAs with your subscription to 105 Concepts:

Premium Only Plans

A Premium Only Plan allows an employee to deduct their portion of group health insurance premiums pre-tax from their pay-check.

Unlike an HRA, an employee makes an election as to whether or not they would like to participate in the plan. They also choose which products or services they would like to have with-held from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

Most of the time POP Plan documents are created and never looked at again, or years may pass before they are updated. With the 105 Concepts web application, POP Plan documents are updated regularly, so you know that the documents are always in compliance with the latest Department of Labor and IRS standards.
