| To be honest, we wouldn't have created it, if it wasn't easy. All you do is enter your employer's information, and print the documents. We take care of the rest. The documents are updated frequently so every time you download them, you are getting the latest legal language. We also have an audit guarantee. If you want to see it, call us, we'll email you a copy. All you are doing is facilitating the documents for your client. We are continually working to make sure that it is easy to use. If you want referrals just call or email us and we'll see if a professional close to you is using our system, you can hear it straight from them. |

| Are you ever going to offer an FSA? |
| We get this question a lot. We have been working on an FSA for a couple of years now. The only problem is, Mike McCain, our plan designer, thought he would be really cool, and design a plan that would facilitate thousands of different plan combinations. It was a great idea at first, but when it got close to completion, he figured out that you wouldn't want it, because, it was too complicated. You needed something easier, so he went back to work on the perfect FSA plan for 2-25 employees. The FSA is currently in BETA mode. |

| What do you offer for education and training? |
| We have two ways of training our subscriber. One of them is just one on one phone calls. The other is done in the fall. We try to do a webinar once a month that teaches you how to use the website, and manage your customers. We also have a great partnership with Bob Jennings. One of our favorite Bob Jennings Seminars is his 2 hour CE on Fringe Benefits. Hopefully, we'll be working with him more in the future for these CE courses. | What do I need to do to sign up? |
